At MoveWell, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we aim to make returns as simple and seamless as possible. Please read the policy below for full details on how we handle returns and refunds for items purchased directly from us or via our website.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason.

The 14-day cancellation period starts from the day:

  • You receive your goods, or
  • A third party you nominate (excluding the carrier) receives them on your behalf

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days, using your original payment method. You won’t be charged any additional fees for this.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the last 14 days
  • It is unused, undamaged, and in a resalable condition
  • It is returned in its original packaging

We want to be fair to all customers, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns for:

  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Products that deteriorate quickly or have expired
  • Items unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
  • Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery

Please note:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Sale items are non-refundable unless required by law

How to Return Your Item

You are responsible for the cost and safe return of your item. Please send returns to:

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been received or proof of delivery is provided.

Once we’ve been notified of your return, refunds are typically processed within 10 days.

Gifts

If your item was purchased as a gift and sent directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the purchaser first:

  • The refund will be issued to the original buyer
